Do I uninstall all my Norton installations on all my machines? Why isn't there a "How To" document to explain what is happening and how to fix it? Where are my Vault backups and how do I access those? Extremely annoyed at this company. I'm 76 years old and I don't understand what I am suppose to do now. Why is this a surprise? Did I miss an email from Norton? I've been a subscriber since Norton was known as SAM - since the 90s. I don't know anything about local vaults, or cloud crap that I don't use- I just know that my Password Manager is NOT working. When I tried to open my vault as I have many times over the years, now It is taking me to a website that suggests I install Norton Password Manager! I already have Norton Password Manager. otherwise I am saying goodbye to a company I have been with for a very very long time.
PLEASE PUT THE LOCAL VAULT BACK! (and include the cloud as backup).
I will find some anti virus with a LOCAL PASSWORD VAULT very very upset about this move you did at Norton it was not good - in fact if you go online there are a number of customers talking about this- they are extremely dissatisfied with your new update. If this stays this way I will be forced to NO LONGER USE NORTON next time it is Renewal. without LOCAL ACCESS I could not find my password for NORTON and had to go looking to see if I had written it down! THIS IS CRAZY- it was so nice to be able to in a couple clicks get access to my passwords OFFLINE. not with my password for the vault but with my Norton password.

Now, since your UPDATE my LOCAL PASSWORD VAULT is GONE! I called and she said that is part of update! This is HORRID - in fact you wanted me to SIGN IN to access my password vault online. or over a friends computer that was not affected by internet outage. I liked the fact that IF my INTERNET WAS OUT for some reason I could still Access my PASSWORDS if needed to access say a bank account or such over the phone. I am long time customer and have ALWAYS had LOCAL Vault (and Cloud vault now) for my Passwords.
